These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Courage Circle Club program and website (collectively, the "Services") operated by WilGlobo Inc. ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Program Participation

Participation in the Courage Circle Club program is subject to application approval and payment of applicable fees. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our sole discretion.

By participating in the program, you agree to adhere to our community guidelines, which include treating other participants with respect, maintaining confidentiality of information shared within the program, and engaging in the program activities in good faith.

4. Payment Terms

Program fees are as stated on our website or in your program agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of WilGlobo Inc. or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through our Services ("User Content"). By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with providing and promoting our Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WilGlobo Inc., its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or our Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the Province of Alberta, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
